Francesca McCoy

Francesca McCoy is a dance artist and producer currently studying MA Arts, Festival and Cultural Management at Queen Margaret University. She graduated with BA (Hons) Contemporary Dance from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance in 2018 and has since worked in both London and Glasgow on contemporary dance works as a performer and choreographer.

Francesca’s work is interested in collaboration across different art forms and site specific exploration. Her current creative endeavours and MA studies are investigating the relationship between dance and museums, exploring new possibilities for performance and the changing nature of visitor engagement. She has recently taken on the role of producer and facilitator for independent artists based in Glasgow and London and looks forward to future opportunities in this field.

Francesca expresses a strong passion for working with children and young people and has delivered dance and creative movement workshops in Lanarkshire, Glasgow and South London.
