Lisa Wilson is a theatre maker from Edinburgh who creates performances and workshops for children and young people. As a director and deviser she is often inspired by science themes, playfulness and visual comedy, because even serious topics can make you laugh.

She has been developing her current project Prism for young audiences around the theme of playing with colour by mixing lights and is excited for this to land on stages in 2021. Having a period of development in 2019, Lisa is excited to work with a full creative team to bring in rehearsals to bring an exciting world of colour to family, schools and relaxed performance audiences across Scotland.

Lisa can also often be found creating performances in castles for Historic Environment Scotland and Glenskirlie Castle where she has a yearly Christmas show, which allows families to see behind the scenes science that Santa’s elves get up to.
