Narjes is a singer, sound artist and writer based in Malmö, Sweden. She studied radio production at Malmö University where she found her niche in creating sound art. She has also studied at Malmö Music Academy, taking courses in different styles of ensembles. She loves to explore different styles of music when singing and writing but holds musical theatre dearest in her heart.
Previously, she was part of Trio Spelevink creating musical theatre aimed for kindergarteners. Their play Var katten är skatten? explored the sounds ordinary things can create, by making music combining instruments and items normally thrown away, such as cans and egg cartons. Narjes has also worked for Teater 23 doing foley, and doing all of the audio descriptions for their pre-recorded system.
