Come and join us during the Edinburgh International Children’s Festival for the next Parents in Performing Arts (PiPA) event. Share discussions and opinions about what it is like to be a parent or carer in the theatre and dance industry in Scotland, what challenges you might face and also what good practice you’d like to share and encourage. We’d also like to discuss what’s specific to children’s theatre. How are we supporting artists with children whilst they’re making brilliant work for children and families?
A great opportunity to come and meet with other parents or carers that may have similar demands and challenges. People without children also welcome!
There will be a FREE crèche (for under 6 yrs) so parents can join the PiPA discussion and then attend the Festival's closing performance of Expedition Peter Pan. Children aged 6 or over are welcome to stay in the meeting room.
We have limited spaces for the crèche so make sure you book your place in advance.
