On Tuesday 30 May Imaginate hosted a specially curated day for the Scottish Drama Training Network staff and students. They were hosted by Lu Kemp, Artistic Director of Perth Theatre, attended two shows, some delegate-only events, and joined an informative session with members of the Imaginate team.

SDTN's Communications Assistant, QMU Arts Festivals and Cultural Management student Denitsa Pashova also worked as one of the many volunteers to help run the festival. You can read her behind the scenes experience on SDTN's website.

We love her final comment: "As an Arts Management student, the experience at Imaginate was a very relevant one as I had the chance to meet industry professionals, experience the working atmosphere of a very-well established festival and to further develop important skills such as communication, team work and problem solving. I would recommend volunteering at this festival to anyone who is interested in a career in the arts!"
