While we can't meet up in person this year for our usual December social, we still want to catch up with our friends and colleagues in the sector, meet new people, raise a festive cheer and wave away this pretty traumatic year. To make the event as informal and fun as possible, we would love it if you could dress up, in fancy dress or Christmas tinsel or whatever you feel like.
When you arrive at 7.30pm, you will be welcomed by Fifi and Jean-Paul with time for hosted breakout rooms to meet each other and, of course, the chance to boogie at the end.
This event is open to all who are involved, or interested in, the young audiences sector including makers, performers, production staff, producers, programmers, venue staff and anyone else who is part of making the work happen. This year, thanks to being online, we open the invitation to our international colleagues and friends too.
Imaginate Socials are an opportunity to come together and celebrate all the amazing theatre and dance created, produced and presented for young audiences in Scotland. We organise two each year, one in August and one in December, in order to create opportunities for the sector to meet new people as well as catching up with old friends.
