The Edinburgh International Children's Festival will take place from 27 May to 4 June 2023. The Festival is a great place for programmers, producers and artists to see and discuss high-quality work, discover new talents and network with peers from all over the world.
We will have between 250 – 350 Delegates, Staff, Volunteers and Companies looking for food and drinks throughout that week, as well as families in the evening and at the weekend. We use multiple venues throughout our festival but the Traverse Theatre is the Edinburgh International Children’s Festival Main Hub.
We are looking for a pop-up caterer to supply a light lunch, snack and dinner offer each day at the Traverse Theatre from Monday 29 May to Saturday 3 June 2023 during the Festival. Suggested service times would be 12.30 – 14.00 for lunch and 16.00 – 20.00 for dinner.
You will have full use of the Traverse Theatre kitchen and access will be granted to this area prior to the event for preparation purposes. 25% + VAT will be deducted from sales to cover the cost of the kitchen facilities. Traverse staff will facilitate any ordering and service.
