This cost covers the fee for delegate registration – successful applicants will be registered as Festival Delegates and can attend any of the Festival delegate event programme, subject to availability.

Priority will be given to applicants who have never been selected for this supported package before, are based in Scotland and have a proven interest in performances for children and young people.

We are delighted to be offering a delegate day-package at Edinburgh International Children's Festival on Thursday 31 May with the opportunity to spend the day with peers seeing work, attending delegate events and meeting each other. This day will be hosted by Clare McGarry, our current Artist in Residence in partnership with Paisley Arts Centre, and is open for applications now.

This opportunity is aimed at all who work in the young audiences sector in Scotland including performers, directors, dancers, choreographers, writers, designers, visual artists, producers, production staff and students.

In addition to meeting members of the Imaginate team you will also attend:

16.00 (17.00) - In Conversation with Mbuzeni at National Museum of Scotland Auditorium
19.00 (20.00) - Rehearsed Reading of Spontaneous by Morna Pearson at Traverse Theatre
