2012 Festival Fringe

Following the success of last year's Bank of Scotland Imaginate Festival Fringe, we are now looking for exciting, beautiful, moving, funny proposals from artists interested in creating work for children at this year's event, on Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 May 2012 at the Traverse Theatre.  Click here for more details.

The closing date for proposals is 5.00pm on Friday 24 February 2012.

2012 Festival Delegate Information

2012 Festival Delegate packages will go on sale on Tuesday 28 February at midday.  Full package details will be available here from Monday 20 February.
Public booking opens on Monday 26 March 2012 when tickets will be available from the Traverse Theatre box office.

2012 Festival Delegate Hosts
We are now looking for Delegate Hosts for the 2012 Festival.  The hosts play a vital role in ensuring Delegates enjoy their trip to the Festival, helping facilitate networking opportunities, making sure travel arrangements between performances go according to plan for the group, while helping the group navigate all the opportunities and events available at the Festival.  Delegate Hosts should have previously attended the Festival as a Delegate or Volunteer; have a proven interest in performing arts for children and young people and excellent communication skills, and be based in Scotland.
If you feel you could join our team and are available between 7 and 14 May 2012, please email Jennifer Cummins with a paragraph or two on why you would make a great Festival Delegate Host by Monday 20 February 2012.

Ideas Exchange

Our next Ideas Exchange event will take place at the Traverse Theatre on Friday 30 March, from 2.00 - 5.00pm. The event is part of the Imaginate Ideas Fund project, and aims to give recipients of the fund the opportunity to present ideas or works in progress at an early or critical stage in their development.  A full programme and booking information will be released in February.
